Vincent Pasquier

Biography

Vincent Pasquier was born in Switzerland, spent part of his childhood in the North of Africa, and went back to his homeland, where he got a degree in Graphic Design and Photography at the Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne.

In 1995, after co-designing the new Indian currency, he accepted an invitation to integrate an international and multicultural Design Lab (LBDI) in Brazil, where he’s been living since then.

Currently based in São Paulo, Pasquier has worked in graphic design and art direction in advertising agencies, focusing now on branding, communication consulting and teaching design classes. In parallel, he’s been developing a photography work on the aesthetics and treatment of information in electronic media. His photographic series “Loneliness in Transit” was selected for the exhibition “Echanges Culturels” in Lausanne (Switzerland) in 2015.
